Adulting(v): to do grown up things and hold responsibilities, such as paying a mortgage and working a 9-5 job. This talk follows the journey of a young female (23 is still young, right?) who woke up one morning and realized she had started "adulting" much faster than most of her friends. Where Victoria Secret coupons once took up her wallet, Menard's rebate cards now occupy. These and other personal stories provide a humorous interpretation of what it's like to transition from the "youngin'" stage to adulthood.
Jenna is a current law student and legally-proclaimed adult. After completing her undergraduate studies, she moved to Lincoln and joined the ranks of adulthood by purchasing her first home. When she's not busy with her legal studies or work, Jenna enjoys going to the lake, golfing, and spending time with her family.
