My presentation is about simply recognizing that too often leaders try to communicate a plan for a desired result, when in reality they miss the mark through poor or inadequate communication. The PB&J Effect will show how easy, or maybe not so easy, it is to communicate to a desired outcome.

John has worked for several different restaurants in management and training capacities, including Grisanti’s and Applebee’s. He is married to his lovely wife, Debbie, and they have two sons, Matt and Mike. John currently sits on the board of directors of the Educational Foundation for the Nebraska Restaurant Association and on the board of the Lincoln Midwest Ballet Company. John is also a volunteer member of Nebraska ESGR which is the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, an extension of the Department of Defense. John is currently a territory manager for Heartland Payment systems.
